Mclister Graig Bere is a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in finance and accounting. He brings over 10 years of experience in various roles across banking, microfinance, and retail debt recovery.
Mclister holds a Diploma in Microfinance Management and is currently pursuing further studies in Credit Management. He has a proven track record in banking including teller and back-office operations, cash reconciliations, ATM management, customer service, and document filing. His experience as a debt tracer at a leading clothing retailer honed his skills in credit assessment, negotiation, and recovery, achieving targets and maintaining accurate records. He also worked in credit analysis, loan processing, and client relationship management.
Mrs Faith Itai
Vice Chairperson
Faith Itai is a banker and financial consultant with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Her career has spanned various roles across banking, consulting, and non-profit sectors, equipping her with a diverse skillset and a deep understanding of financial operations.
Faith's past experience has given her competence in the areas of loan applications, and collateral administration. Her previous roles at a leading Zimbabwean financial instituion demonstrate her proficiency in back-office operations, data management, and customer service within a banking environment.
Faith holds a BCom Banking & Finance (Honours) degree and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Accountancy through the Southern Africa Association of Accountants (SAAA).
