Projects

The SACCOS enables members to participate in group projects where investments are identified, assessed and then crowdfunded by members of the SACCOS.

Projects include things like purchasing land, stands, doing housing development projects or purchasing commercial or industrial properties. These will typically be asset investments, rather than running businesses. The SACCOS may partner with, or finance a tender, for example, as part of Projects. Members will be able to opt into particular projects that may be of interest to them.

The SACCOS also provides liquidity for members who may wish to liquidate all or a part of their investment in a project.
