Staff Medical and Funeral Funds
Your business can operate staff medical and funeral funds to cover employees in the case of medical emergencies and in the unfortunate event of loss of a staff member. You contribute savings into the fund, then access those savings in the event of a mishap. Contributions into the fund remain the property of the business, unless there are arrangements where staff members are also contributing into a pooled fund.
