Joylyn Chikengezha is the co-founder and Managing Director of Petals Tissue a growing company in the paper industry. Joylyn is a result driven, par excellency individual with a proven ability to craft and implement strategies for growth and survival.
She has worked as an investment analyst with a stock broking firm (Genesis Investment Bank) and has successfully managed to lead Petals Tissue through the 14 years of existence. Joylyn is a Certified Professional Director. (IPD Canada) , and holds an Honours degree in finance and banking (University of Zimbabwe), a certificate with the South African Institute of Financial Markets. Currently she is studying Masters In Business Admin – Solusi University.
Joylyn has earned recognition in various business circles over the years. Obtaining a number of awards from SMEAZ, ICDZ, CEOs Network, ProWeb and IPMZ.

Eneres Kamuchanyu Magombedze is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Furzel Investments (Pvt) Ltd, a leading garment manufacturing concern in Harare. She is a results-oriented sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Her strong work ethic and dedication to duty saw her rise through the ranks within several postings which covered debt collection, production management, cash flow management and ultimately strategic management within her own business which she has successfully grown into a medium-sized enterprise.
Eneres has worked in various roles across sales, marketing, and debt collection, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle. She is passionate about customer satisfaction and has a strong track record of exceeding customer expectations. She holds a BSc (Honours) Degree in Management & Entrepreneurial Development Studies, a Diplomas in Marketing, Sales & Marketing, and Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
